ALWAYS USE A MATTRESS PROTECTOR
A good quality, washable mattress protector is a must to keep your mattress fresh and free from stains. It also protects the manufacturer’s warranty.
All mattresses should be rotated every 4 months to promote even wear. Vary from flipping head and foot positions. Remember your new mattress is designed to conform to the contours of your body allowing you a comfortable, healthy night's sleep. Body conformity will usually take place within the first nights, certainly within the first few weeks of use. Just like a new pair of shoes, a mattress will break in with the individual using it and become even more comfortable with use.
DO NOT DRY CLEAN
The chemicals in dry cleaning agents and spot removers may be harmful to the fabric or underlying materials. Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. But if you're determined to tackle a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly. Never soak a mattress or beat it to remove dust. If mattress becomes wet, air immediately. Always follow all care instructions attached to the mattress. Do not remove mattress tags as it will void your warranty.
YOUR MATTRESS IS NOT A TRAMPOLINE
Your mattress is designed to sleep on – not play on – and is not a toy. Rough and inappropriate play could damage the interior construction of the mattress and void your warranty.
LET IT BREATHE
It is normal to detect a new product odour when you remove the mattress form its packaging. Leave the mattress uncovered and well ventilated for a 24 to 48 hours. A breath of fresh air should do the trick! For safety, dispose of the protective plastic bag immediately after removing.

We’ve tried to make things simple. No matter how many items of furniture you purchase in a single order, if you live in one of our standard delivery areas, there’ll only be one fixed rate delivery charge based on the largest item in your cart. Which means the more you buy, the better off you’ll be. For example, if you just buy a bed, you’ll pay exactly the same freight fee as if you added a mattress, trundle, bedside or dresser. So browse away, the sky’s the limit! It makes sense to fill that cart when the freight fee is capped.

Australia’s a mighty big place. We’ll go to the ends of the earth (well, as far as we can) to get our furniture to your home.
Bedtime is only able to ship within Australia.
How long do I need to wait?
If all your items are in stock, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 3-10 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery destination. Our customer support team will call you once your order has been placed and go through everything with you.
Ordered multiple items?
To keep our shipping costs as low as possible, we charge per shipment rather than per item. This means we generally won’t ship until all the items on your order are ready to be dispatched. What type of delivery service should I expect?
When shipping pieces of furniture, we choose to use carriers with years of furniture delivery experience because our years of experience have taught us that this is the best way to ensure products arrive in tip top condition. Our shipping service does not include the removal of packaging nor the assembly of furniture. In some delivery areas where only a single driver service is available, we are unable to offer to take furniture upstairs.
You can choose to collect large items Monday to Friday from our Melbourne warehouse. There are a few simple rules to bear in mind when collecting large goods, so one of our customer support team will be in touch once you place your order to go through everything with you. All furniture on our website has boxed dimensions to help make the decision whether a collection is practical for you or not.
