Hampton

Took longer than expected to deliver thanks to shipping delays. Staff kept me informed and contacted me as soon as it was back in stock to sort out delivery, was here within a week after that. My girl loves the bed, shame it was so late though.

We purchased our first Hampton bed when the business was called Parenthood and have subsequently gone back and bought one for each of our four kids. They are gorgeous beds, Parenthood/Bedtime have always treated us well, delivery has always been fantastic and the prices are amazing too, considering how good the quality is! I always recommend them to my friends, we couldn't be happier.

One thing that I will say about Bedtime, their customer service is excellent. We arranged for this bed to be delivered the day after we purchased which is pretty good. I was a bit upset that the bed end had a chunk out of it. When we called and sent photos they were kind enough to bring a replacement the next day. I would like to thank Jane for facilitating the exchange and also the driver who kindly replaced the end on for me.

Lovely product and affordable price. Matches my Hampton bed from Parenthood from back in the day. Thank you for another great product!
