Love the bed but Sydney delivery not so flexible. We bought this bed online and being in Sydney it was a gamble as we could not view it in a store. I was very happy with the product and the service from Bedtime. I received a confirmation email which explained the delivery process and had a nice note about my son's Birthday which I had discussed with them. Nice touch. The Sydney delivery company could only come on Wednesday which is my work day. I tried to change it to Thursday but it was not available. In the end they left it on my porch which was ok. I would rather have had the '2 man lift into the house' service which Bedtime said I would receive. It's the little things that make or break a good experience.
